sleeps 8+2 - See 60 m Villa Strandheim is situated in Torvikbukt, Gjemnes. The house is halfway between Molde and Kristiansund, driving distance to both is app. 40 min. by car. Shop and Post Office 300 m. Gas Station 7 km. Villa Strandheim is a wonderful large establishment build in 1915 with an atmosphere that will make your holiday an experience of a lifetime. Encircled by a large garden with garden furniture, grill and a playground for children, the house equipped with TV, dishwasher, private beach, shower and a crib. Villa Strandheim has 2 floors and basement / loft. At your disposal is 4 bedrooms with 8+2 beds. The ground floor has 2 wonderful living rooms with a wood-burning stove, dining room and kitchen. Toilet on the 1. floor and shower / WC with heater cable in the basement. The kitchen is fully equipped for 8 persons. Fresh water and gutting bench by the fjord. Period of renting is preferably saturday/saturday - or by appointment. Check out time 11 AM. - Arrival not before 4 PM. ACTIVITIES: Lots of fish in the fjord. Great terrain for hiking. Also close to fresh water for sport fishing trout and salmon. Mountains: Reinsfjell(990m.o.h.), Silsetfjellet, Osmarka. Close to the cities Molde and Kristiansund, and "Atlanterhavsveien" is one of the most famous and beautilful roads in Norway. Experience the fishing village Grip, 1 hour from Kristiansund by boat. 15' boat with 9,9/15 Hp outboard is included in price. Bedclothes - Nok 75,- (9,- EUR)per pers. End cleaning Nok 1.000,- (115,- EUR) and must be included in the booking. Pets are allowed, but will cost an extra fee for cleaning - Nok 200,- (23,- EUR). Deposit Nok 1.500,- (180,- EUR) is payed by arrival, and will be returned at departure.
