"Feskberja" is a big restored old building ("brygge") in Røsandbukta in Averøy, 3 km from Bremsnes ferryquai.
The building with surrounding cliffs, has originally been used for drying codfish all the way back to 1800 century. The owner of the place has tried to visualise some of the original activities from old times, especially outdoors.
The place has a very nice view over the Bremsnesfjord and good location related to good fishing places, both inside and outside the coast.
The building consist of 3 floor, with 2 apartments, each on 70 m2.
The apartments, witch have high standard, have kept some of the old fashion-look.
New apartment in the basement, 1 bedroom, sleeps 3.
Groundfloor:
Consist of living room, with possibilities for 2 sleeping places, kitchen-corner with oven, refridgerator and washing-machine.
Bathroom with shower and floor heating.
1.st. floor:
Consist of 2 double bedrooms and WC.
The apartments are fully equipped with cutleri for 6 persons. Freezer available. Bedclothes can be rented.
In the basement there is a room for common use, preparing the fish etc.
A 15 feet boat with outbord engine is availible for each apartment (incl. in price)

Activities:
Very good fishing possibilities. It is also possible to hire a bigger fisherboat, 27 feet / 200 HP, with guide in order to get further out in the ocean.
Walking and hiking, visits to historical and cultury places etc.
