Welcome to Vikaneset, Norway! The coast of Nordmøre offers a number of pleasant surprises. Vikaneset is one of these. This fantastic holiday spot is located west of Frei. Vikaneset has developed a wide variety of services for large and small enterprises that wish to arrange conferences and meetings. A distillery of fish oil and a quay for steam-ships was build here early in the 1900`s. On the bare rock face the locals dried fish. The Atlantic Sea is right around the corner, and if you enjoy fishing this is the place to be. The conditions for cleansing and preservation of fish are excellent. You can also experience the fiords and the ocean with the sailship "Anne Margrethe". Brygga has a bar and a banqueting room for 150 persons and is the place for special occasions. Today Vikaneset has modern lodging facilities in Bremnesfjorden. For each habitation there is a 14' boat with a 4,5 Hp engine incl. in price. Extra boat per week in high season Nok 1.050,- and in low season Nok 900,-. Bedclothes - Nok 50,- per bed. Made bed - Nok 75,- per bed. Breakfast (special occasions) - Nok 80,- Vikaneset is open for guests from 1st of April to 31st of October. The high season is from 1st of June to 15th of August. |
